Write to the Academy
The simplest way to reach World Media Academy Games is by email at hello@worldmediaacademy.com. Messages go to the small team that writes the guides, and a person reads every one. There is no phone line or office to visit; email lets us look things up properly before we answer.
Messages we welcome most
- Corrections. A rule described wrongly, a calculation that does not add up, a paytable detail that has changed, or a link that no longer works.
- Questions. A term in a slot's help screen, a card game rule or a betting price that left you puzzled. Good questions often turn into new guides.
- Topic ideas. Games played in your region that we have not covered yet, or a money habit you would like explained.
- Reading problems. Pages that are hard to read on a phone, text that is too small, or a menu that does not behave.
Helping us reply faster
- Mention the page your message is about, ideally by pasting its address.
- Put the subject in the subject line, for example "Correction: Three Card Poker hand order".
- For corrections, tell us what you are comparing against, such as the printed rules of a particular game.
Most replies leave our outbox inside the same working week. Corrections are handled first, using the routine described on How Each Guide Is Checked.
What we cannot do
We are a reading site, so some requests are outside what we can help with:
- We cannot settle disputes with casinos, bookmakers or app providers. Contact the operator first and, if that fails, the regulator named on its website.
- We do not give betting tips, predictions or personal financial advice.
- We cannot recover lost accounts, balances or passwords for any gaming service.
Please do not send passwords, card numbers, identity documents or account details by email. We never need them.
If gambling is worrying you
If you are writing because gambling has stopped being fun, please do not wait for our reply. Our page Play With a Plan explains the warning signs and how to find free, confidential support where you live.
Your message and your privacy
The form on this page does not send anything by itself. It opens your own email program with your message filled in, and you decide whether to send it. We use what you write only to reply, as explained on Privacy at the Academy.
Useful in a first email
Details that speed up our answer
Nothing here is compulsory, but each point helps us reply sooner.
- A link to the guide your note concerns
- A subject line naming the game or term
- For corrections, the rules or paytable you compared with
- For card games, the house rules your group plays
- No passwords, card numbers or ID documents
Common questions
Questions readers often ask first
Short answers to the messages that reach our inbox most.
Can you recommend a casino or betting site?
We explain how games and bets work rather than ranking operators. Check any site's licence and terms yourself, and make sure it is legal where you live.
Can you help with a dispute about a withdrawal?
We cannot. Raise it with the operator first and, if that fails, with the regulator named on the operator's website.
When should I expect a reply from the team?
Most replies go out within the same working week. Corrections are read before anything else.
Can I suggest a game you have not covered?
Please do. Many of our card table guides started as a reader asking how a game is played.
